GERMYNATTOR – Fine seedbed preparation for vegetable and sugar beet sowing

The GERMYNATTOR is primarily used for pre-sowing preparation of sugar beet and various vegetables.
It is manufactured in widths of 3.2 m, 4 m, 5 m, 6 m, 7 m, and 9 m.
Fine pre-sowing soil preparation is ensured by a large number of working elements, and the GERMYNATTOR can be equipped with up to 19 tines per meter. This guarantees that the soil is cultivated in the most optimal way, creating the right seedbed structure for sowing.

Each section of the GERMYNATTOR features two cage rollers, placed in front of and behind the section, along with a nearly rigid straight lance tine, a spring levelling board, and spring “crimper” rotors located behind the rear breaker roller.
The rollers have a dual function: crushing clods and keeping the machine in its working position at the same time.
The spring levelling board between the front roller and the tine section smooths the soil and crushes clods, while the wire rotors level the surface and reduce evaporation.
This results in a finely crumbled soil structure that ensures optimal seed germination.

The GERMYNATTOR seedbed cultivator allows for a construction that achieves a precise working depth of 3–8 cm, which is essential for creating the required fine soil structure. The working depth of each tool section is controlled by a screw spindle and scale that clearly indicates the depth.

For optimal soil preparation results, each section must have a specific weight.
To ensure ideal weight distribution, each section of the GERMYNATTOR is connected to the main frame via hydraulic cylinders.
These cylinders are hydraulically linked in series, providing equal pressure to all sections of the implement.
In this way, variations in the soil surface regulate the oil flow, resulting in a perfectly balanced machine weight across all sections and uniform ground pressure across the full working width.
This is particularly important when preparing the seedbed for crops such as sugar beet, where uniform conditions are essential.
